This Privacy Policy explains how Sharafeldin Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit https://www.sharafeldinsolutions.com or get in touch with us. We are based in New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt, and we work with clients worldwide.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's settings.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing or request a copy of it. Security
